Samsung's next phablet will probably be called Galaxy Note 7 as opposed to Note 6, new record claims.

A whole new report out of Samsung's ancient South Korea now claims that this company's next flagship phablet are not called Galaxy Note 6, while everyone expected. Instead, Samsung will allegedly select Galaxy Note 7, skipping the telephone number 6 entirely.

The main reasoning guiding this move apparently is because of him consistency. Samsung wants all involving its flagships released inside same year to own same number - consequently if this pans out and about, in 2016 we'll contain the S7, S7 edge, along with Note 7. That way there is not any chance of some consumers let's assume that a Note 6 is often a generation older than your S7 edge, for case in point.

This might also be used to make the company's products with less effort compete with Apple, which could launch the iPhone 7 along with iPhone 7 Plus later this coming year. Once again, a Note 6 competing while using iPhone 7 Plus happens to be perceived as older by folks who don't really know anything regarding the mobile market but do need to spend incredibly high degrees of money on phones.

Moving forward to from the naming hot debate, the new Note is said to include a dual-edge screen, so we won't go to a Galaxy S7 edge+ establishing alongside it like what happened recently with the Note5 along with S6 edge+. Furthermore, the Note 7 will likely have curved glass in its back, just similar to its predecessor (which can be pictured above).
