Mirror’s Edge Catalyst closed beta starts off next Friday

The actual closed beta for Mirror’s Edge Catalyst will begin on April 22, although if you’re scanning this you’re too late – registration has ended.

EA has been encouraging people to register for months now, like a ‘Frontrunner’ and they’ll get a contact code for the beta upon Friday 22nd. Anyone that’s subscribed to the beta via other means can get their code on Sunday 23rd.

It is still really worth visiting the Frontrunner website and registering though, as it’ll still place you first in collection for other promotions later on.

The beta will operate for five days, till Tuesday April 26, and can feature ‘several’ main tale missions, side missions, along with other optional content. The Social Play features may also be up and running, letting you compare your best occasions with other players.

The overall game itself will be launched on May 26, with regard to Xbox One, and Ps 4, and PC. It’s almost annually since we last performed it now, so we’re getting excited about reporting back on it when the beta starts.
